Your workspace is your team's home in Lumimmo. Customize it to match your brand and workflow preferences.
Accessing Workspace Settings
- Click your workspace name in the sidebar
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Navigate through the settings tabs
General Settings
Workspace Name
Your workspace name appears throughout Lumimmo. Choose something recognizable like your agency or company name.
Workspace URL
Your custom workspace URL:
app.lumimmo.fr/your-workspace-name
This URL is used for sharing and bookmarking.
Logo
Upload your company logo to personalize your workspace:

Default Settings
Configure defaults for new projects:
Default Style Template
Set which template is pre-selected when creating new projects. Team members can always change this per project.
Default Export Format
Choose the default download format:
- High Resolution (original quality)
- Web Optimized (compressed)
Auto-Processing
Enable to automatically start processing after upload. Disable for manual control over each batch.
Recommended: Keep auto-processing disabled until you're familiar with Lumimmo. This gives you time to preview templates before using credits.
Notifications
Configure how you receive notifications:
- Email notifications – Processing complete, low credits, team invites
- Browser notifications – Real-time alerts in-app
- Weekly digest – Summary of workspace activity
Data & Privacy
Data Retention
Configure how long processed images are stored:
- 30 days (default)
- 60 days
- 90 days
Export Data
Download all your workspace data including projects, settings, and billing history.
Delete Workspace
Warning: Deleting your workspace permanently removes all projects, images, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
