Managing Team Members

Learn how to invite team members, set permissions, and collaborate effectively in Lumimmo.

Lumimmo makes it easy to collaborate with your team. Invite colleagues, assign roles, and work together on property photo projects.

Team Roles

Owner accounts cannot be removed. To change ownership, contact support to transfer the workspace to another user.

Owner

  • Full access to all features
  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Add and remove team members
  • Cannot be removed (transfer ownership instead)

Admin

  • Create and manage all projects
  • Invite and remove members (except owners)
  • Access workspace settings
  • Cannot manage billing

Member

  • Create and manage own projects
  • View team projects (if shared)
  • Cannot change workspace settings
  • Cannot manage team members

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invite

Invited users receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invites:

  • Resend – Send the invitation again
  • Cancel – Revoke the invitation
  • Invitations expire after 7 days

Managing Existing Members

Change Role

  1. Find the member in your team list
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select their new role

Remove Member

  1. Find the member in your team list
  2. Click the Remove button
  3. Confirm removal

Removed members lose access immediately but their projects remain in the workspace.

Team Collaboration Features

Shared Projects

Make projects visible to your entire team:

  1. Open a project
  2. Click Share settings
  3. Enable Team Access

Comments

Leave feedback on processed images:

  1. Click any image in a project
  2. Use the comment panel on the right
  3. @mention team members for notifications

Activity Feed

Track what's happening in your workspace:

  • New projects created
  • Processing completed
  • Team member activity
