Creating a project in Lumimmo is simple. Follow these steps to enhance your first batch of property photos.
Step 1: Start a New Project
From your dashboard, click the New Project button. You'll be guided through a simple three-step process.
Pro tip: You can upload up to 50 photos per project for batch processing. This makes it easy to enhance an entire property shoot at once.
Step 2: Upload Your Photos
Drag and drop your photos into the upload area, or click to browse your files. Lumimmo supports:

Step 3: Choose a Style Template
Browse our collection of professionally designed style templates. Each template is optimized for different property types and aesthetics:

- Luxury Estate – Polished look for high-end properties
- Urban Loft – Industrial-modern aesthetic
This step is optional. If you don't select a template, Lumimmo will use intelligent auto-enhancement based on your photo content.

Step 4: Process & Review
Click Start Processing to begin. Lumimmo will enhance each photo using your selected style. Processing typically takes 30–60 seconds per image.
Once complete, review each enhanced photo and download your results in high resolution.
Your original photos are always preserved – Lumimmo creates enhanced copies without modifying your originals.
